Payment FAQ
Auto-record vs on-demand: what's the difference?
- Auto-record (watchlist)
- Add a creator once. Every future live they do gets recorded automatically. If 100 watched creators go live at the same time, all 100 record in parallel. The plan number (2, 25, 100) is how many creators you can track.
- On-demand (/rec username)
- One-shot recording for any creator outside your watchlist. The 1, 10, or 25 number is how many manual recordings can run at the same time on your plan. Watchlist auto-records use a separate pool and don't count.
Are these numbers daily or monthly limits?
No. Both numbers are caps on what runs at the same time, not per-period quotas. You can use the same manual /rec capacity 100 times in a day - it just can't all be running at once. Capacity frees the moment a recording ends.
How long can each recording be?
Free includes the first 60 minutes of each recording. Basic and Pro record up to 8 hours.
What recording quality does each plan include?
Free records the standard Tango source up to 360p. Basic, Pro, and Pro Lifetime record the HD Tango source when Tango provides it. TangoRec selects the source directly without transcoding, so the exact resolution still depends on the live.
How many public archive recordings can I open?
Free can unlock 3 public recordings per rolling 24 hours. Basic and Pro can unlock 100. Recordings captured for your own watchlist do not use this allowance.
How does Pay with card work?
Choose a plan in the Telegram bot, then complete payment in Stripe's secure checkout. Use /cancel to update your card, view invoices, or cancel renewal.
What does Pro Lifetime include?
Pro Lifetime is a limited one-time Founder purchase for one Telegram account. It includes the current Pro limits, priority monitoring, and HD recording when available while TangoRec remains available. It does not include other or future recorder products.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Cancel the current plan, then start the new one. Refunds for the unused period: email support.
